Current Status: Under Exploration

Following our initial searches, we conducted a strategic review of our work thus far to determine our path forward.  In reflecting on our most successful awardees, it was clear that great entrepreneurial leaders made all the difference.  A successful strategy has been to enable a passionate individual or team to pursue something new, that they otherwise might not have without catalytic funding.

UP is now launching an experiment focused on identifying extraordinary leaders seeking to begin a new chapter in their career with a bold idea or initiative to potentially transform an entire field.  We are engaging with advisors and interested scouts to seek nominations; if you are interested in participating and/or learning more about this new Search, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
